You look to the Father of Lights.
Your face follows His light, moves with His movement, soaks in the rays of His strength and nourishment. You're carried by the Comforter, the one who teaches you all things, the one Spirit of the God of all things. Your life shines colorfully for the world to see. As each facet glows it tells the story of the Source of all light - the One illuminating you from the inside.

I will lift up my eyes to the mountains
- where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip.
He who watches over you will not slumber

Some people occupy certain parts of my story, and then there are the few who occupy all the parts. Mary's been in my life from the time my memories begin in the very paramount position of "mom's best friend".
She's always been a beauty in my eyes, always laughing.
And she LOVES Chuck. They love each other.
When Mr.Chuck asked me to paint for Mary I knew I had to get this one right. He wanted something colorful, with sunflowers (her favorite), and it needed to show how Mary is joined with the Son of God.
